Refund & Cancellation Policy

All our products are digital e-books delivered by email immediately after payment. Because the file is delivered immediately, orders cannot be cancelled and are not refundable once the book has been sent.

We will always put things right if something goes wrong. Write to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase, with a screenshot of your payment, if:

• your payment was successful but you did not receive the book;
• the file does not open or is damaged;
• you were charged more than once for the same order.

We will send a working copy within 24 hours. Duplicate or failed-delivery payments that we cannot fix are refunded in full to the original payment method.
